Right of withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without providing any reason. The withdrawal period expires within 14 days from the day on which the consumer or a third party, other than the carrier and which is indicated by the consumer enters into physical possession of the products.
In order to exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (WE ARE MONO SRL, 17 Schitu Magureanu Blvd., ap2, 010182, Bucharest, Romania, Telephone +40 770 535 869, www.printoteca.ro) about your decision to withdraw from this contract by an unequivocal statement sent to hello@printoteca.ro. In order to comply with the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient to send the communication on the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the expiry of the withdrawal period. Please note that the products made on demand, according to your instructions, customized, can be returned only if they have production defects.
The effects of withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we will refund all payments received from you, except for shipping costs, without undue delay and, in any case, no later than 14 days from the date on which we are informed of the decision to withdraw from this contract. We will make such a refund using the same means of payment that you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; In any case, you will not pay any fees as a result of such a refund.
We can withhold the refund until we receive the products back. You will send the products back or you will deliver them physically without undue delay and, in any case, no later than 14 days from the date on which you notify us of the withdrawal from this contract. The deadline is met if you return the products before the 14-day deadline. You are responsible for any diminution in the value of the goods resulting from the handling, other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and operation of the goods.
Exceptions to the right of cancellation
Revocation of this contract is not possible with regard to the delivery of goods that have not been prefabricated and that have been either individually produced or explicitly customized by the customer to satisfy his personal preferences.
