DESIGN QUALITY POLICY

General Guidelines for Designs

By adding content to Printoteca website, you confirm that you have checked the quality of your content and you are entirely responsible for the properties of the digital file.

By uploading or saving a design, you agree that you understand that:

• For a optimum print quality the file must be scaled,  has a 300 DPI resolution and RGB color mode
• We will not modify the content you uploaded
• The background of your design will be printed by default as you have uploaded it. If you need your graphics to be printed with a transparent background you must upload a file with a transparent background
• We are not responsible for any error that may occur in using the product configurator, and you need to check your content before upload and validation. Also you will receive a copy of your design in your Order Request e-mail- if you observe any errors in your design you can contact us for sending a new design by the time you receive the order confirmation e-mail. Any changes request that occur after the order confirmation e-mail cannot be operated.
• The product configurator offers a general interpretation for the layout you choose and that the look of final product will be influenced by the size of the product and real proportions. The printable surface is 35x40 cm. Please check the size chart available for each product to understand how the proportions of the end product will look like.
• The product configurator offers a digital exposition of the colors of your design that might and usually is different from the printed product (contrast and saturation). You have the option to order a sample or to visit a Printoteca showroom if you have any doubts about the way your design will look after being printed.
