Legal Guidelines for Designs

By adding content to Printoteca website, you confirm that your content does not infringe any laws or third-party rights like copyright, trademark, or personality rights, and that you have read and agreed the Printoteca guidelines. We reserve the right to close  your account and reject your orders if you do not respect the rules mentioned below.

Please check the legal status of your designs. If you are unsure, ask for permission to use them.

By uploading or saving a design, you agree that:

  • You own the legal right to use the design

  • You are not printing unofficial merchandise: names, logos, pictures or other intellectual property of musical groups or musical artists, sports teams, clubs and organizations etc. OR characters, images, actors or likenesses from cartoons, comic books, video games, movies, and television shows

  • You are not using without right trademarks, names or logos for companies.

  • You are not printing photos, caricatures, or other artwork depicting a public person. Just because you take a picture of a celebrity,it does not give you the right to use the photo on shirts, even if you alter the photo digitally

  • You are not promoting hate speech, discrimination or any other type of content that may harm the dignity of a third party

  • You understand that we act accordingly to your instructions and we are not obliged to check or confirm the legal use of your uploaded content and you are directly responsible for any conflict that occurs

  • You agree to pay any expenses that result from any conflict generated by the illegal use of the content you upload to Printoteca website.

Designs and text that are suspected to violate the law, including, but not limited to, defamation or copyright violations, will be removed immediately without warning and not printed. If your design or text is removed, and you believe it has been removed in error, please send an email to hello@printoteca.ro that proves ownership of the design, or other valid statement of legality.

If you suspect a design or text of being illegal, please report it to hello@printoteca.ro.
