Each product ordered on Printoteca.ro is personalized by direct print in fabric (Direct-to-Garment / DTG). Follow the instructions on the inner label to extend the life of the product and the print:

  • Wash the products in the washing machine turned upside down, together with fabrics of similar colors

  • Use a washing program adapted to the material and a temperature of 30 degrees

  • Use a mild laundry detergent

  • Iron the product upside down, avoiding the printed area

  • Do not tumble dry

Other specific technical elements

The texture of the print on colored / dark products is different from that of white / light products because in the first case the ink covers the fiber, and in the second case the ink penetrates the fiber.

Depending on the composition of the material, in the case of colored / dark textiles, a white outline may appear - representing the trace of the white ink layer used as the base for the print.

In the printing process of colored / dark textiles is included their pretreatment with a fixing solution. This process can generate marks on the fabric and a slight hard texture - they disappear after the first wash.

Location of graphics on textiles

The positioning of the graphics on the product and the colors in the graphic simulations is for preview purposes, the final result will be slightly different than what you see on your screen. You have to keep in mind that there may be differences between the way the graphics are placed in the digital simulation and reality due to the differences in the proportions of the product, but also due to the limitations of the production process.

The graphics are printed on a maximum surface of 35x40 cm, any element that exceeds these surfaces is considered an additional print and is charged extra.

Printing cannot be done over stitches, zippers, buttons or any other elements that cannot be flattened.

Colors

Also, you have to keep in mind that there are chromatic differences between the digital simulation and the real product.

The display mode of the graphics on the screen compared to the display mode on the textile material is different because the visual environments are substantially different.

There may be chromatic differences between printing on colored / dark products and white / light products, due to the fact that an additional layer of white ink is required on the colored / dark products as a base for printing.
