1. What are Printoteca’s membership plans?

Membership plans are a type of subscription that gives you access to exclusive benefits, personalized discounts, and premium services. They are designed for clients who work with us regularly and want to optimize costs and collaboration. The Base plan is always free and is activated when you create an account on Printoteca.

2. Do I need an account to get discounts?

Yes, you need an active account on Printoteca's website to benefit from the discounts offered through membership. Discounts are automatically applied based on your active plan or order history.

3. How are sales calculated to qualify for free access?

Sales are calculated based on orders placed in the last 12 months. To determine if you’ve reached the required threshold for free membership activation, we use the following formula:

total sales amount (including VAT) – delivery costs = eligible amount for the threshold.

If the eligible amount exceeds 30,000 lei (for the Reseller plan) or 60,000 lei (for the Partner plan), the plan is activated for free for one year.

4. How is the plan activated?

The membership plan is manually activated by an account manager within a few hours of completing and paying for the subscription. You will receive an email confirmation once activation is complete.

5. How can I deactivate/­change my plan?

To deactivate the plan, access the subscription management portal and cancel or modify the plan. An account manager will then manually process the change, and the plan will remain active until the end of the current billing period.

6. Do all products get the same discount?

No. Discounts vary depending on the type of product and your active membership plan. For example, DTG and DTF printed products may have a different discount rate than accessories or other decorated products. In your account, you can see exactly what discount applies to each category.
