General rules for content

By adding content to the Printoteca website, you confirm that the uploaded materials do not violate any legal provision or rights of a third party such as copyright, trademark protection or rights of individuals and that you have read and agree with the Content Rules imposed by Print library. We reserve the right to suspend or close your account and not to process orders placed if you do not comply with the rules mentioned below.

Please check the legal status of the uploaded materials. If you have any doubts about the agreement to use them, contact the author or owner to obtain approval.

By uploading content, you agree that:

• You have the legal right to use it
• Do not print unofficial promotional materials: names, logos, images or other intellectual property elements of musical groups or musical artists, sports teams, clubs and organizations or characters, images, actors from cartoons, comic books, films , television shows, etc.
• You do not use without the right: trademarks, names or logos of some companies
• Do not print photos, caricatures or any other graphic material depicting public figures. The fact that you have taken a photo of a public figure does not give you the right to make printed products with those images, even if you edit/alter the image.
• You do not promote speech inciting hatred, discrimination or any other type of content that could affect the dignity of a third party.
• You understand that we act according to your request and we have no obligation to verify or confirm the illegality of the content you upload and you are directly responsible for any conflict generated by it.
• You agree to bear any expense generated by the use of illegal content by you on the Printoteca sales platform.
• Graphic materials that we suspect violate the law, including, but not limited to, defamation, copyright infringement, commercial property rights infringement, will be rejected immediately without warning and will not be printed. If your design or text is removed and you have reason to believe that it is an error, please send us an e-mail to clarify the situation at hello@printoteca.ro including the proof of ownership of the rights, the agreement to use the content or any another proof of legal status.
